Question 1

What kind of projects do you take on?

Accepted Answer

We work across edge computing, IoT, and cloud integration — from proof-of-concept builds and pilot deployments to large-scale managed fleets. Whether you need help with design, hardware, or cloud connectivity, we can tailor the engagement to fit.

Question 2

Can you handle both hardware and software?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We design, build, and ship hardware, and we also manage firmware, containers, telemetry, and cloud integration — so everything works together securely and reliably.

Question 3

Where are you based?

Accepted Answer

Our main workshop and operations are in Cheshire, UK, but we support clients across Europe and the US through remote management and global logistics partners.

Question 4

Do you only work with Raspberry Pi hardware?

Accepted Answer

Raspberry Pi is our core platform, but we also support compatible embedded systems and industrial compute modules. If your project involves sensors, controllers, or gateways at the edge, we can usually help.

Question 5

Do you offer ongoing support or one-off projects?

Accepted Answer

Both. Some clients use us for initial design or prototyping; others rely on us for full managed service and lifecycle support. We can start small and scale as your deployment grows.

Question 6

Can you help with education or community projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Through ScalerPi Labs, we provide hardware, mentoring, and technical support for schools, charities, and community initiatives. If your project has a positive social impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Question 7

How do we start a project?

Accepted Answer

Just get in touch using the form or email us directly. We’ll arrange a short call to understand your goals, then outline the best route — whether that’s consultancy, a pilot build, or full deployment support.
